| job conveying his concern A polyurethane bushing (presumably referring to the suspension bushings in the Energy Suspension kit) cracking is like a windshield boiling. There was an issue for a while many years ago with the original design of the tension rod bushings believed to result in cracks where the tension rod attached to the lower control arm but that has long ago been redesigned and there are many people here I am sure who use the new design and have not had an issue. Again the issue was the DESIGN of the bushing not the material used. Both are polyurethane, one design resulted in damage to suspension components, the other did not.
